Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in any activity related to Hiraeth Eternal Events, you (“Attendee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Attendance and participation in the Event, including pre-event activities (such as the scavenger hunt, meet-and-greet, or any affiliated social gatherings), is voluntary and at your own risk.
Hiraeth Eternal Event Co., its owners, staff, contractors, volunteers, vendors, partners, and venue (collectively, “Event Organizers”) are not liable for any injury, illness, property damage, theft, loss, accident, or other incident that may occur before, during, or after the Event.
Attendees assume full responsibility for their own safety, well-being, and personal belongings.

2. Personal Conduct & Behavior

Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully toward other guests, staff, performers, and the venue.
Any behavior deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in removal from the Event without refund.
Attendees must comply with all local laws, venue policies, and Event rules.

3. Age Requirements

The Events are [18+ only] unless otherwise stated.
Attendees under the specified age limit will not be permitted entry, even with a ticket, and no refunds will be issued.

4. Health & Safety

Attendees must follow all posted safety guidelines, including any public health regulations in effect at the time of the Event.
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, you agree not to attend.
Event Organizers reserve the right to implement additional safety measures as necessary.

5. Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol will only be served to attendees aged 21+ with valid government-issued ID.
Attendees are expected to drink responsibly. Event Organizers are not responsible for consequences arising from alcohol consumption, including accidents or legal issues.

6. Costumes, Props & Weapons Policy

All costumes and props must comply with venue safety guidelines.
Real or functional weapons are strictly prohibited.
Props must be peace-bonded if required by Event security.

7. Photography, Video & Media Release

By attending, you grant Event Organizers permission to photograph, film, and record you during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.
Attendees may take personal photos/videos but may not obstruct performances, disrupt the experience, or violate others’ privacy.

8. Tickets, Refunds & Transfers

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances.
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee if notice is given at least [X days] before the Event.
If the Event is canceled by the organizers, full refunds will be issued.

9. Third-Party Activities & Off-Site Events

The Event may include optional activities at other locations (e.g., bar crawls, scavenger hunts, meet-ups).
Event Organizers hold no liability for incidents, injuries, or damages occurring during these third-party or off-site activities, whether officially affiliated or informally attended by guests.
Participation is at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own transportation and safety.

10. Force Majeure

Event Organizers are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events outside their control, including weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the liability waiver and assumption of risk.
