Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of this immersive event and limited capacity, no refunds will be issued if a guest is unable to attend for any reason, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, or other circumstances.
Tickets, however, may be transferred to another guest up to 72 hours before the event. To request a transfer, please contact the event organizers with the new guest’s full name and email.
Thank you for understanding and supporting this unique, one-night-only experience in the realm of fantasy.
